Position: Part-Time Office Assistant Location: 18603 Pine Street Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Key Responsibilities: As a Part-Time Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in our office operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phones and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Scheduling and managing rental bookings.
  • Filing, copying, faxing, and document management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Checking and responding to emails.
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assisting with a variety of tasks and projects, offering support to all team members.
  • Occasional help with organizing events.
  • Light office cleaning and maintenance duties.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (Word, Excel).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
